Power-frequency water cooling breaks the “high‑energy‑consumption” bottleneck, and the BLS250‑8II has earned a Level 1 energy efficiency certification.
Recently, the Baus double-stage energy-saving line-frequency water-cooled air compressor BLS250-8II-10kV has successfully passed rigorous testing by the Hefei General Machinery and Electrical Products Testing Institute and obtained a Level 1 energy efficiency certification.
This product employs a combined solution featuring power-frequency drive architecture, an efficient water-cooling system, and two-stage compression technology. In coal‑mine production environments, it demonstrates excellent energy‑saving performance, with a measured specific power of 5.61 kW/(m³/min), exceeding the national Level‑1 energy efficiency standard by 1.58%.
