Reliable and clean air
The air exiting the compressor is highly humid. It also contains oil—unless you’re using an oil-free compressor—and solid particles. Together, these form an abrasive, often acidic sludge. Without air treatment, this turbid mixture will enter your compressed-air system, corrode piping networks, damage pneumatic tools, and potentially compromise your finished products.
WSD Water Separator
Our WSD water separators extend the service life and reliability of compressed air coolers through efficient condensate management. They prevent condensate formation within the air system. These separators are standard equipment for Atlas Copco aftercoolers, but can also be installed at any point in your system. Constructed entirely from corrosion‑resistant materials, they effectively remove water mist, safeguarding system components such as dryers and filters. They are maintenance‑free, with no moving parts, and come equipped with either automatic or manual drain options.

IWD Electronic Drainage Device
The IWD electronic drain device efficiently, reliably, and effectively collects and removes liquid water from air systems. The zero‑loss drain discharges only when a preset water level is reached. With extremely low residual water levels, the IWD ensures no energy is released when the receiver is emptied. Thanks to its unique housing design, the IWD is suitable for both oil‑lubricated and oil‑free compressor units.
EWD Electronic Drainage Device
The EWD series of electronic condensate drains delivers safe, reliable, and efficient condensate removal. Its intelligent drainage function monitors condensate accumulation and discharges liquid only when necessary, thereby minimizing compressed air losses. We also offer dedicated EWD drains for oil‑contaminated condensate. This series includes models with an additional hard coating, suitable for oil‑free, corrosive condensates.
WD Automatic Drainage Device
The WD 80 drain valve provides fully automatic water removal from low‑lying points in compressed air systems, such as the bottom of air receivers or cyclone separators, and its specialized design ensures minimal maintenance.
TWD timed drainage device
The TWD timed drain unit is equipped with a solenoid valve and an electronic timer to remove condensate. Preselecting the duration and interval of each drain cycle helps minimize compressed air loss. With its compact design, easy installation, and fully automatic operation, the TWD offers a cost-effective solution for draining compressed-air filters and vessels.
