SF and SF+ have achieved Class 0 certification (ISO 8573-1), which means there is no risk of contamination, no risk of product damage or safety hazards, and no risk of downtime resulting in operational losses.
SF+ 8-22: Modularity and Flexibility
The SF+ 8–22 multi‑vortex compressor can integrate two to four compressor modules into a single unit, leveraging the advantages of a modular system. The Elektronikon® continuously monitors the status of each compressor and flexibly starts and stops them to ensure that compressed air output matches air demand.
Outstanding vortex air compressor technology
Under the interaction between the stationary scroll and the orbiting scroll, the compressor achieves air compression. Air enters the compression chamber located on the exterior of the scroll housing at the inlet pressure. After intake, the orbiting scroll closes the inlet port. As the scroll continues to rotate, the air is progressively compressed into increasingly smaller “voids.” The continuously compressed airflow exits the scroll housing through the discharge port at the center of the stationary scroll. This process repeats continuously, delivering pulsation‑free compressed air.

There is no metal-to-metal contact between the scroll compressor’s components. Unlike oil‑lubricated compressors, the moving parts do not come into direct contact during operation, eliminating the need for oil lubrication.
