Integrated Compressor Room
Our newly launched oil-lubricated hybrid compressor combines two cutting-edge technologies, integrating both variable-frequency and fixed-frequency drive systems within a single casing. High energy efficiency
At the heart of the GA compressor lies an advanced oil-injected screw rotor, which incorporates SmartInjection technology and is paired with a highly efficient oil‑cooled IE4‑class or higher‑efficiency motor. An efficient drive system, combined with robust cooling performance, low internal pressure drop, and the precise control provided by Elektronikon® Touch, ensures the compressor operates with outstanding efficiency.
Ensuring reliability under extremely harsh conditions
The GA compressor’s drive system features an IP66 protection rating, safeguarding it against environmental dust and moisture and ensuring reliable operation under harsh conditions and at ambient temperatures of up to 55°C/131°F.
Reduce maintenance time
All maintenance components are centrally located for easy access, significantly reducing service time. For more extensive servicing, the superior inlet design provides unobstructed access to every component. Each component is also engineered for convenient maintenance, cutting required service time by half compared to conventional designs.

Compared with previous generations of VSD compressors, our hybrid GA screw compressor can reduce energy consumption by up to 8%.
Greater regulatory capacity
The combination of fixed-speed and variable-speed motors can achieve a modulation ratio of up to 85%, providing greater operational flexibility without compromising energy efficiency.
Run on a single host
Our hybrid compressors are equipped with two independent oil circuits, allowing you to operate on a single motor when needed or in the event of a failure in one circuit. With a hybrid compressor, you can rest assured that production downtime will not be an issue.
