Cartridge Filter C1-C10
Cartridge filters can reliably and efficiently remove microorganisms and particulates in both atmospheric (e.g., aeration) and pressurized applications. They are manufactured with pleated filter media made from various material types and housed in polypropylene enclosures, equipped with inlet/outlet and drain/vent ports. A range of grades is available, including liquid- and gas‑sterilization grades.
These standalone, ready-to-use, single‑use filters have been rigorously tested and are suitable for a wide range of pharmaceutical, medical, and food applications, delivering reliable, high‑efficiency filtration to meet diverse needs—from R&D through to production.
They can be used for the following applications: injectable solutions, gas filtration, biological fluids, buffers, detergents, and disinfectants.

Compared with traditional filter cartridges and housings, filter bags equipped with independent filtration media are more convenient, ready for immediate use, and eliminate the need to verify cleanliness.
Based on your application requirements, we offer suitable filtration media, all manufactured using a thermal bonding process that eliminates the need for adhesives. Convenient connections via sanitary flanges and hose barbs ensure both cleanliness and faster installation, enabling your process to resume operation promptly.

0.2 µm cartridge filter
Our cartridge filter series offers both liquid‑ and gas‑grade sterile‑certified options, as well as depth‑type particulate filters suitable for non‑sterile applications and the removal of common contaminants. Sterile‑grade filtration cartridges are manufactured under stringent procedures, including post‑production integrity testing, to give you confidence in our products and ensure reliable filtration performance.
Each cartridge filter is compatible with steam sterilization in an autoclave. The actual number of reuse cycles depends on the type of media selected. Our cartridge filter series complies with comprehensive USP‑grade regulatory standards, as well as FDA and EU regulations governing indirect food contact.
