Pleated Fiber Filter Cartridge
Pleated filters effectively capture particulate matter using a single or multiple layers of meltblown polypropylene fibers. The filter media is combined with a support layer and integrated into a robust housing equipped with a reinforced filter element and end caps, making it suitable for virtually all operating, maintenance, and cleaning applications.
From laboratory-scale filters and filter bags to production‑scale standard filter cartridges, all filters utilize the same media and construction materials, eliminating the need for revalidation of the filtration unit when scaling up.
The PFP filter is entirely made of polypropylene and employs heat-sealing technology to seal all components, ensuring a hermetic seal and optimizing chemical compatibility with numerous solvents, acids, and bases.
Polypropylene is a material with excellent chemical resistance and can be reused after undergoing chemical regeneration. Furthermore, its all‑polypropylene construction ensures that the filter has a small extraction surface area.
Our products are manufactured in a controlled environment in strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards and fully meet the requirements of EU Regulation No. 1935/2004. The filter media is constructed from multi‑layer pleated glass fiber, with a supporting layer integrated into a robust housing that features a reinforced filter element and end caps.
High-flow pleated polypropylene
The PFP-L particulate removal large-diameter polypropylene filter delivers high‑efficiency, reliable filtration performance, making it ideal for high‑flow applications. Its exceptional dirt‑holding capacity ensures an extended service life. The filter media is constructed from multi‑layer pleated meltblown PP fibers, with a support layer integrated into a robust housing that features reinforced filter elements and end caps.
Their key features include broad chemical compatibility, no fiber migration, and ease of handling (with quick replacement).
They are suitable for filtering drinking water, clean water, process water, and product water, and can also be used to clarify beverages such as beer, wine, cider, and syrups.
Gas Pre-filtration and Sterilization
The PFP‑G, PFG‑G, SFG, SFG‑G, and SWG series fiber filter cartridges provide efficient, reliable, and effective sterilization of compressed air, nitrogen, and other gases.
High flow rates and low pressure drops are their key features. They can be used for sterile aeration of storage tanks.
Backwashable pleated depth filtration
PFP-B particulate removal fiber filter, suitable for heavy-duty filtration of liquids in beverage production.
PFP‑B filters provide reliable, high‑efficiency particulate filtration for beer and wine. These filters are specifically designed to remove filter aids, offer exceptional dirt‑holding capacity, and are backwashable. Their filtration media is made of a high‑density, multi‑layer pleated meltblown polypropylene, with a support layer integrated into a robust housing.
High-efficiency filtration
PFP-A particulate removal meltblown PP filters provide absolute depth filtration of liquids in food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
The PFP-A filter delivers high‑efficiency, reliable filtration performance, while its exceptional dirt‑holding capacity ensures an extended service life. Its filter media is composed of thermally bonded fibers that are layered onto a high‑strength central core, with fiber density progressively increasing toward the core. These features enable effective depth filtration, making the filter suitable for a wide range of operating and service conditions. The thermally bonded fibers prevent migration even under pulsating flow conditions.
These filters can be used for pre‑filtering chemicals such as paints and inks, for filtering potable water, process water, and product water, and for protecting reverse osmosis membranes.
