KPM standard planetary gear reducers feature a compact footprint and lightweight construction, enabling effective cost control and delivering a distinct cost‑performance advantage. Full-face roadheader–anchor machine reducer
KPM’s full-face roadheader‑anchor drilling integrated machine features a range of cutting gearboxes with power ratings of 270 kW, 340 kW, and 540 kW, offering complete solutions for the cutting system, loading system, drive system, and conveying system. New machines are delivered within 60 days, backed by round-the-clock on-site service, meeting domestic market demands for maintenance, remanufacturing, replacement parts, and standby units across all model series. Leveraging domestically patented manufacturing processes and operating China’s first dedicated load‑testing rig, KPM had, as of May 2025, shipped over 140 complete sets to customers nationwide.
KPM winch gearboxes offer planetary gear units with 2 to 4 stages, providing a speed ratio range of 15 to 1,170. Output torque ranges from 1,750 to 1,000,000 Nm. Higher torque and extended ratio ranges can be customized upon request. Drum single‑rope pull forces range from 7 kN to 1,950 kN.
The operating ambient temperature ranges from –20°C to +40°C. The allowable oil temperature is –20°C to +80°C.
